Steps That Will Be Employed In Incorporating Vegetables And Fruits In The National Breakfast And Lunch
To begin, parents will be provided with their favorite fruits thirty minutes after arrival. On the contrary, fruit salad will also be provided to individuals who would wish the whip them for their breakfast. Besides, blueberries will also be supplemented because it has antioxidants that prevent the skin from aging (Wise, 2010). Consequently, the fact that parents are our main guests, blueberries will be a remarkable addition to their diets because it has components that reduce shrinking and aging of the skin. Instead of supplementing the parents with snacks like biscuits, they will be provided with fruits to assist them in beating the afternoon and mid-morning lows. During lunch, parents will be supplemented with oranges and apples. On that regard, oranges will serve as the core source of vitamin C whereas the apples will provide fiber. Another important initiative that will be employed during the national breakfast and lunch is supplementing the parents with four portions of fruits at different times of the day as recommended by the experts. At the end of the day parents will be advised to change their diets and start incorporating fruits and vegetables more often because their health benefits are relatively incomparable (Wise, 2010).
