Introduction
The immigration of Latinos has been a common phenomenon in the United States for many centuries. Currently, the number of Latino immigrants in the US amounts to over 11 million people who came to live in the US. Additionally, Latino immigrants historically contributed to the development of the Unites States, and some of their habits, values and culture makes a substantial part of the US culture. As ideas matured, Latinos shared different American freethe main idea was that of freedom, that being freedom from racial or gender discrimination and equal economic opportunity for all. I believe that the modern American civilization developed out of a unique combination of racial, gender, and economic factors that were essentially in thanks to that large-scale impact of Latinos on the American culture.

First and foremost, Latino immigration is a massive phenomenon conveyed in the numerous influxes of people into the United States for social, political and primarily economic reasons. The process of incoming immigration included the component of dealing with non-discrimination of the newcomers into the country and integrating them accordingly with the American values. Numerous implications of the American development could be sensed through the rapid assimilation of the identities of the people, cultures that were challenged with the time.

Numerically, the number of Latino immigrants dropped significantly. For instance, between 2006 and 2010, only 200,000 Latinos arrived to the country. Prior to that, the dynamics of the incoming immigration was on the rise, and Mexico was the top country from where Latinos moved across the border. Recently, the trend has drastically changed, and China and India overtook the Latino immigration and served the first sources of sending immigrants into the United States.

In terms of politics, immigration in general was a frequently exploited topic by politicians. Recently, prior to the Presidential elections Donald Trump threatened to build a wall on the Mexican border, referring to the large influxes of the Mexican immigration into the country. The motive was driven by the huge amount of undocumented workers who cross the border illegally for economic purposes. Mainly, they wish to enter the country and work to provide for their families, and the number of prohibitions only serves as additional burden on their stay in the United States. Thereby, the President Donald Trump made a conclusion that immigration in general, and the immigration of Latinos along with Chinese citizens in particular was the main source of threats for the United States. Instead of taking an approach that would tackle an immigration with the tools of diversity, the main idea conveyed conserned an economic effect that would damage America. Hence, the economic implications of the issue of Latino immigration, one can also focus on the idea of tackling economic inequality with regards to the services that are provided to different groups of people.

The recent trends also indicate that Hispanic population is changing per se. According to Per Research of 2015, the number of Hispanic population (can be identified as Latino immigration) amounted to 57 millions of cities. Yes, as mentioned above, the trends of the Latino immigration indicate the diminishing numbers of citizens arriving to the United States. At the same time, such slowdown of immigration still makes it clear that the Latino population make over 50% of the general population of the United States.

‘In recent years, the fastest Latino population growth has tended to come in areas with a relatively small number of Latinos.’ (Pew Research Center, 2016). In particular, Latino population grows most actively in the three counties in the North Dakota. Primarily, the reason for such a speedy growth in that region is that economic situation in the region demanded additional labor force. Latino population was the most active source of workforce that inhabited the region and continuously contributed to the economic improvements of the given states. Hence, it is clear that the Latino population can bring an economic and political contribution to the US society. To a large extend, the positive impact of the Latino immigration is underestimated, and the majority of their lifestyle is portrayed as an undocumented part of the society. By presenting a larger scale of positive impact, the image of the Latino immigration can improve significantly, too.

To sum up, the core issue of diversity and the promotion of the Latino population is also interlinked to the economic and political factors. The issues of Latino population are largely related to the general issues of immigration faced in the American society, given that over 50% of the US general population is comprised of Latino population. Therefore, there are necessary ways of tackling the issue, and the education should then be a starting point for doing so. Moreover, with the growing potential of the economic inequality, one can also predict that the Latino population would face even larger issues with economic, political and social integration into the US society in the upcoming years, given that they are underrepresented in the top managerial positions on the political level as well as within companies. Thus, there is an enormous potential for boosting diversity, given the implications of the existing core issues in the Latino immigration. Hopefully, the potential for further Latino integration will increase in the coming years, with the tangible results of facilitated access to the top leadership position of part of the US population that is largely underrepresented.
