Comparative analysis of the role of the state bodies in different countries in the development of the economy. Comparison to be made between Russian and any country form Asian and Africa.
Case study analysis under which peculiarities of the economic system in the country are investigated.
Primary data collection as questionnaires and interviews.

The author of this paper accepts the fact that it is rather hard to measure the role and place of the state in the Russian economy without evaluation of this interference. With that, this evaluation is not possible without discussion of this subject-matter with the representatives of relevant state institutions in the country. Consequently, the use of case study analysis allows to keep confidentiality by the author of the paper about the problems in the economy of the country (Fishman, 2013). This implies that the methodology should be used in a manner in order to hold focus of the research scope over the features of the Russian economy. Other methodologies can not provide such opportunity (Saunders, Lewis & Thornhill, 2009).

For the purposes of the collection of the information about the role of the state in the development of the Russian economy, the author of the paper anticipates to achieve higher level of validity and credibility of the research with interview sessions and questionnaires. This implies that the questionnaires are designed to be distributed to 100 different companies within the whole territory of the country. The main objective of the use of the questionnaires is to find out opinion of the managers of the companies as to the extend of the interference of some state institutions of the country in the regulation of the economy of the country, business sector, etc. The sample size of 100 participants and 20 questions seems to form reasonable amount in order to develop overview of the situation in Russian with state involvement in business affairs. The use of the questionnaire is justified by simplicity of the processing of this data with SPSS method. In fact, the amount of the participants to the research project may be higher. However, the researcher grounds on the general practice of the scholars in this research field that collection of the responses from 100 companies will present actual picture of the state of affairs in the Russian economy (Bork & Francis, 1985).

After collection of the responses to the interviews, researcher intends to employ interview sessions as the other mean of data collection. Interview sessions should enhance validity of the information collected through questionnaires. Besides, interviews should bring reveal more information about difficulties arise before companies in their business activity. Therefore, researcher should opt out for ten companies in different industries of the Russian economy and submit them requests with offer to participate in the research project. The potential participants should be informed that the research project is confidential and received information will be used exclusively for academic purposes. Discussion of the role of state in the operation of the Russian economy should present an information about challenges, barriers, problems in business environment. Received information should become a confirmation of specific scope of the interference of the Russian government in the regulation of the business sector. Accordingly, received data should be compared with the ratios of the variables produced by the scholars in the countries, where the level of the interference of the government is too low. This implies that overview of the literature analysis should lead to the selection of the variables based on which one may determine the scope of the interference of the state in business sector (Wang, 2015).
