According to the website of the organization, pursuit of the diversity is one of the primary goals of the organization. The Vice President of the Worldwide Human Resources Department in the organization states that the diversity should not be limited to gender, race, equality or ethnicity. She states that the organization increases annually its opportunities to hire people from different regions of the world as it allows to find more talented people. With that, the diversity is seen as the reflection of the culture of the person, his or her values. The leaders of Apple Inc. stands to the position that facilitation of the diverse culture allows to the employees to feel safe and comfortable in the organization. Hence, it is an instrument to establishment of safety and support within the premises of the company, its staff members.

Achievement of the relevant provision of the opportunities for cultural diversity and its protection requires relevant efforts from different groups of the employees. In particular, the leaders of the organization cultivate diverse management and tech talent. The managers advocate the pursuit of the equality in the relations to all employees beyond race, gender or any other factor. Personal contribution and talent of the person are seen as the main grounds for the strengthening of the bonds of the staff members within Apple Inc. (Apple).

The diversity falls within strategic objective over the whole period of the existence and operation of the organization. The managers of the company claim that the diversity network association is the oldest division in the company that has an aim to set connections between different employees in pursuit of trust and credibility. The main slogan of the organization in this dimension is: “We support diversity by creating opportunities beyond Apple” (The Guardian).

The management of the organization annually reports its progress with advancement of the cultural diversity. With that, the diversity is tackled not exclusively in one dimension, while the management of the organization treats diversity as an equality. This implies that the equality as proper treatment to the employees should be present in such dimensions as provision of working opportunities, hiring practices, salaries, bonuses. There are no evident disclaimers that should be taken into account when filing an application to work in Apple Inc. In addition, company’s shareholders have become recently active advocates of the cultural diversity. Achievement of this objective should contribute to the process of the communication between the company and its customers (Fortune). There are several studies in confirmation of the fact that the promotion of the cultural diversity in hiring and management practices is the way of the improvement in the acceptance of the company among the consumers. Hence, Apple Inc. intends to show that the hiring of new employees is made on the competitive basis. Moreover, the company shows that it is reasonable that the educational background and capabilities of the persons may differ (Bartikowski and Walsh 530). This statement should be understood as confirmation of the fact that the cultural diversity policy is in place in the company, while personal skills and capabilities of the individual have paramount importance in the performance of the company.

Considering the cultural diversity policy of the company, there are some recommendations to be followed:
Public disclosure of the analysis of the industry on behalf of Apple Inc. as to the division of the data on demographics;
Presentation of the time-bound goals under which the company should develop new cultural diversity mechanisms;
Provision of the employee compensation and new ways for additional motivation of the management of the company in pursuit of the primary corporate objectives;
Engagement of the senior management in the governance of the company.
According to the estimations of the state bodies in the tech industry, the pursuit of the cultural diversity may produce additional profit for Apple Inc. and several other organizations in this sphere (SEC).

One should not ignore the finding of Apple’s managers that pursuit of the diversity is a way to the production of better services of higher quality. Hiring of diverse team is a way to share life experience and develop several new academic skills that were not available earlier (Kennedy). According to Tim Cook, all global companies should be diverse in order to provide equal opportunities to all people in the world. Hence, global companies should not look at the primary information about a potential employee as gender, race or other factor. In turn, effective hiring of the talents should be accomplished without any social affiliation (Gholston).
