The life expectancy and the rates of good education in a country may be used as indicators of poverty. Countries that have a well educated and well-trained population on different skills ensure that the country has its social and economic well-being created. Education is important in providing different individuals with the required competencies in various aspects so that they can aid the participation of people in the society and the economy as well. Good education helps in the improvement of the likelihood of an individual finding a job and earning sustainable income. The levels of education are critical in promoting and increasing the lifetime earnings. The learning rates are necessary since the manual labor has declined over the previous years with the employers favoring a labor force that is more educated and more skilled. The graduation rates in a country are a good indication whether or not the country has students that are prepared well enough for the job market (Indicators | Data).
The life expectancies are associated with the health care that a person spends. There are however very many more factors that impact the life expectancy levels. Some of these factors are the living standards and the environmental factors. Countries that have a high percentage of poverty rates tend to have a low expectancy rate. This means that people tend to die early even before the age of seventy. In the satisfactory measure of poverty, the people can agree on very different dimensions of poverty. Poverty is dynamic, and the people can move in and out of poverty as time goes by. If the percentage of the people who are poor in a country falls then, it means that the life expectancy levels have risen. The life expectancy is affected by the lifestyle that one lives. People from poor backgrounds are more affected since they do not have proper access to some social amenities such as healthcare and also do not have access to a diet that is balanced and nutritious. This indicates that the more poor a country is, the less the life expectancy rates.
Over the years, Brazil has made a few notable progresses in the improvement of the lives of the citizens. The Brazilian government has come up with ways that seek to track the records of the changes in the levels of poverty in the country. Brazil has performed tremendously well to better the lives of its citizens. Having a good education that is effective is important in the requisition of a person finding a job. Persons who have a good sustainable well-paying job do not have to face poverty, and therefore it can be used to measure the countries poverty levels. In Brazil the percentage of adults who have completed at least high school education and graduated. The rate is higher in the younger population therefore giving Brazil a promising feature (Chibba 248).
Denmark is a country that is well known for excellent performance on various measures of the well-being. This is because it is ranked amongst the top countries that have a better life index. The money that the people earn uses it to achieve living standards that are higher. In Bulgaria, the population that has attained an equivalent of the college degree is slightly higher than seventy-seven percent. The younger generation is of a higher percentage than this, and this is a good indicator for a good future for Denmark. The quality of education in Denmark is also high and very active in the modern societies.
The development process takes place in a way that is uneven. Some countries may be having a high GDP that is derived from different sectors of the economy such as the abundant oil reserves and the segments of the population who live in poverty and they do not have adequate access to the education that is necessary and also decent housing and health services. Therefore, the importance of the indicators measures the development of the countries. An Example of such indicators is the Life Expectancy at Birth.
Most of these countries have enjoyed significant gains in the life expectancy rates over the past few decades. The expectancy rates have been made higher over time due to the increase of the public health interventions and the improvements of the living conditions in the countries. The life expectancy in Brazil is simply just over seventy-three years and the life expectancy for the women being higher than that of me. In countries like India, the life expectancy is very small due to the high rates of poverty across the country. The growing inequalities in his health are portrayed by the results of the choices that people make according to their lifestyles. For example, people from poor backgrounds are associated with drinking and smoking more than they eat. The expectancy gap between the rich and the poor is close to twenty-five years (Anjargolian 24).
The determinant of our health is the income of every individual. The difference in the earnings does make slight difference incorporation with the society’s income. Ranking the neighborhoods from rich to poor the most unfortunate people’s health can be rated as the worst. Primary education is important in the measurement of poverty. Policies should be formulated by these countries to ensure that they can eliminate the poverty in the country and also ensure that the life expectancy and education levels are improved (Sumner 12).
