It is worth noting that I am currently employed at the institution as a Registered Nurse. In addition, I have had the opportunity to interact with the past and current postgraduate fellowship trainees, and I am mesmerized by the opportunities that the program would give me. I am pleased with the institution’s excellence in offering quality care to patients and I it would be a pleasure to continue serving my patients but on a different level.

Carolinas Healthcare System has every attribute that I am eyeing for in a postgraduate program. These appealing attributes include multidisciplinary interactions, research and presentation platforms, a varied population of patients, and numerous networking prospects. These gears are fundamental in perfecting my research and leadership skills as well as my didactic components and practical experience afforded to me through my previous work experience. Furthermore, the institution’s broad array of elective rotations will afford me a perfect resource for mentoring in my future career.

In addition, I believe that my postgraduate fellowship training in this institution will facilitate all my long and short term career ambitions. I am looking for different experiences to strengthen my skills, and the chance to relate with different patients and become a proficient and a well-rounded urgent care provider. My short term objectives are to get a complete my first postgraduate fellowship training, followed by a second postgraduate training in one of my interest areas. I look forward to enhancing my clinical expertise during my training as well as expand my administration and research skills. On completion of my training, I plan to carry out research and maintain clinical practices.
