2. Body
Lack of clear and precise ways of dealing with conflicts is unhealthy to any relationship. Many people end up going separate ways due to poorly handled conflict situations. The conflict should focus on helping the other person improve on their nature and not anger them. However, the people in conflict should take each other’s remarks as challenges to better themselves so as not to get into arguments again. Furthermore, both parties are able to communicate on the faults they see in the relationship that they would want to change. As such, they are able to move past the conflict and correct their errors. Then again, if it does not prove to be effective, the relationship may end.

3. Conclusion
In conclusion, conflicts help people move forward. People are able to learn from their mistakes, correct them and thus become more helpful in society. The ability to take a disadvantage and turn it into somebody’s strong point is the determiner in the scenario. Those able to overlook the feeling of inadequacy after a conflict work hard to cover up their weakness while the people not willing to get past the conflict remain unchanged, and, as a result, never progress.
