Nowadays, a lot of people suffer from breast cancer and try to seek for the ways on how to avoid further development of breast cancer and eventually, overcome such an illness. Needless, one of the most critical alternatives for treating breast cancer is a permanent usage of biological drugs that contain the elements attacking cancer cells. In fact, such a therapy is developing at an unprecedented rate that is why a proper investigation is vital for people who fell into despair due to their illness. Therefore, the primary aims of the paper are to explore the effect of biological drugs in treating breast cancer as well as provide a literature review on the topic.

Background
Needless to say, breast cancer has become a common phenomenon throughout the world since a great amount of people notice the changes occurring in their body and try to reveal what kind of illness it is. Sadly, the prime warning signs of breast cancer are skin irritation, breast pain, changes in the shape of nipple etc. Having noticed such symptoms, people make appointments with the doctor in order to be examined thoroughly since breast cancer may be invisible for a long time , thus only a timely proper treatment gives the chances to recover from the illness. Considering the fact that the problem of treating breast cancer is paramount nowadays, a lot of research has been conducted with the purpose of identifying the most favorable methods on treatment of breast cancer.

Literature Review
Heide Schatten(2013) conducted a research and shown that biological drugs help people reduce the symptoms of breast cancer as well as prevent them from the further development of this illness. He argues that biological drugs attack cancer cells and have only some effects on healthy cells. Moreover, according to Heide Schatten(2013), the biological drugs are likely to be combined with traditional chemotherapy in order to make the effect more favorable for people. In brief, Heide Schatten has proved that only a combination of both biological therapy and chemotherapy tend to bring desired results.

In addition, Asfar S Azmi(2012) argues that biological drugs have fewer destructive effects than chemotherapy. Still, biological drugs simply use body’s immune system in order to attack cancer cells and stop further spreading of the illness. All in all, Asfar S Azmi(2012) agrees with Heide Schatten since he states that the usage of biological drugs increases the chances to recover from it hence it reinforces the power of the body, thus the immune system will become more resistant.

Finally, Kenneth A. Foon, Hyman B. Muss(2012) present a selected information on the usage of biological drugs and claim that they represent major areas of cancer research interest because the effectiveness of biological drugs has been proved both theoretically and practically. Again, Kenneth A. Foon, Hyman B. Muss(2012) admit that biological drugs are paramount in treating breast cancer because they block the spread of cancer cells.

Methods And Results
The data approach consists of two main steps. The first one lies in the fact that there was developed a strong knowledge base that included drug information and the results from certain databases. While choosing the second approach, there was developed a particular algorithm for supporting the facts from databases. In fact, the knowledge base selected tends to be rather gene-centric hence there were taken into account only gene-centric published results while in the second approach, the results of that very knowledge base were shown in the form of ranks. That is to say, the data was compared or combined with other data sets in order to draw parallels between them. Two sources of data have been used, including in-house and curated data where in-house data is the information that was downloaded and analyzed while curated data is based mainly on literature(See table 1.). The conducted research has shown that biological drugs were considered to be an alternative for treatment of breast cancer since these elements fought cancer cells and prevent people from the possible complications. As a whole, the biological drugs are likely to be combined with chemotherapy in order to bring the results within a short time hence the combination of the therapies reduce the risks for the relapse of breast cancer. Needless to say, the studies mentioned in the paper have also proved that gene therapy is crucial in treating breast cancer as this technique tends to correct defective genes responsible for breast cancer development.

Conclusion
To sum up, the usage of biological drugs has been proved to be effective in the treatment of breast cancer since they kill cancer cells and prevent people from further spreading of the illness through the whole body. In fact, the scholars claim that the high efficiency of the usage of biological drugs is possible only when the treatment of breast cancer is proper and well-timed. Similarly, gene therapy is also critical in this respect due to the fact that the genes which are the roots for developing cancer may be corrected, thus such preventive measures are essential for people to overcome the illness. Therefore, biological drugs in the combination with chemotherapy lay a foundation for a quick recovery from breast cancer if all the measures are taken within a specified period of time.
