I would like to advance my education because I have a keen interest in progressing my acquaintance to modern economic, business and financial perspectives. Your institution was an easy choice for me to undertake my Master’s studies. The school has a responsive and sociable atmosphere characterized by cultural diversity that can propagate the growth of my social, cultural and academic life through the advanced and developed education. My enthusiasm for advancing studies in this field was motivated by my personal experiences. My education in various subjects related to economics and business has also been elemental towards heightening my desire to further my studies in business. At the moment I am a student at University of Houston undertaking an Intensive English Program. Formerly, I was at studying in Turkey where I was awarded a Bachelor of Art Degree in Economics at the Osmangazi University. During my university life, I had intern experiences at Independent Audit firms, finance and Banking institutions where I was exposed to numerous business and financial perspectives. As a result, I developed business insights that were quite advanced, and this led to the growth of progressive, logical corporate constructions that have assisted me acquire critical thinking skills and thus increasing my level of awareness. Later, I worked as a long-term intern at PwC where I was engaged in research, financial analysis and report auditing. These experiences assisted me understand the importance of professional reporting and financial operations in daily businesses, and they exposed me to complex financial structures that required the application of sophisticated skills in the field. I also have advanced skills in various computer application packages including SPSS, Eviews7, Lotus, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. I am a Native Turkish Speaker and also have advanced skills in English communication. The education and my experience inspired my interest of being a specialist in International Financial Reporting System and the application of GAAP.

Further, advanced education in business will assist me keep pace with the progressions experienced in the industry as a result of globalization and information systems. The needs and expectations of various players in the business and corporate industry are changing with the evolution of various dynamics in the industry. The education will heighten the level of my creativity and innovation that is crucial in the development of complex skills to match the current needs. In order to increase the efficiency of business transactions, my major objective is to develop world-class Business schemes with diverse analysis and reporting capabilities tailored to the currents and future market demands.
