Such variations are caused by cultural, ethical and historical peculiarities that take place in country. Considering the fact that most of German companies are using autocratic type of leadership, the vertical management type is followed in each department. Similar situation in management styles take place in France and Spain, although they are more loyal to the point of view of employees (Sarosi, 2016). As for the Asian region, for example Japan, all important decisions are made by the top management and executives (Sarosi, 2016). In addition, top management is holding strong monitoring and control over all processes at the enterprise. Thus, considering different approaches to work in countries, work-life balance cannot be implemented in many countries, including European and Asian geographic regions. The work-life balance approach to work is most suitable for the US companies.

Gore &Associates, Inc.”, the conclusion can be done that work-life balance approach to work is rather beneficial, although it cannot be adopted at each enterprise. That is why at least some elements should be implemented by other companies in order to improve their corporate strategy. One of the core advices is changing the structure of life (Lee, 2014). Giving employees more time for their personal life in case all their direct tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled will be very beneficial for corporate culture development of many companies. At the same time, business efficiency will not be harmed because an employee will be motivated to fulfill the work faster.
